Large side deck, plenty of parking room and outdoor shower. Aqua Vista has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and open kitchen/living area, Central air and heat, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Clean and comfortable, totally relaxing and an incredible view---the best value on the beach.

Fall rates are $120/day (minimum 2 days), $650/wk, $1,100/mo. The only other required charge is $75 for cleaning regardless of length of stay. Pets are allowed with an additional $75 charge. An optional service for boaters is the use of a private dock on the Mexico Beach canal. It is across the street from our other rental home. It is $15 per day or $95 per week.
